Jack VanderPloeg is Operations Manager for the Byron Center, MI Crossroads Mobile Maintenance (CRMM) location; CRMM is a Reed City, MI based heavy equipment parts and service provider, covering the Midwest region. CRMM leverages 50-plus years of utility experience to find, develop and mentor over 35 shop and field service technicians. CRMM services over 200 hundred public and private energy companies, co-operatives and construction firms. CRMM operates on the core principles of Safety, Integrity, Passion and Intelligence with one aligned goal to become the customer first call in time of need. VanderPloeg joined CRMM in 2020, with more than 30 years in a service operations role. Prior to joining CRMM, VanderPloeg was a Service Operations Manager for multi-line construction equipment dealer. He was responsible for maintaining their customer and company owned fleets. He also was charged with developing customer relationships. Prior to that adventure VanderPloeg work in the automotive field for 20 plus years in various roles of service and parts management. VanderPloeg is an active supporter in the Hudsonville Christian School Association and in the Unity Christian Highschool Association. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, fishing and boating.
