Rex Parshall is the Vice President of Operations for Crossroads Mobile Maintenance at the Reed City location. Rex joined Crossroads Mobile Maintenance in 2013 and has nearly 20 years of fleet and equipment parts and service leadership and has amassed nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive industry in whole. As the Service Operations Manager, Rex is responsible for managing and coordinating the repair and maintenance for light, medium, and heavy-duty fleet vehicles, as well as various types of utility and construction equipment. The Reed City shop accommodates a fabrication department and an aerial unit remount department that Rex also manages and coordinates. Rex is also responsible for managing a parts department that supports the Reed City shop technicians, as well as multiple field service technicians throughout Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. Rex earned his Associates degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting at Baker College of Cadillac. Rex is an avid pro football fan and enjoys spending time with his son.
