Charles H. Holmquist  

Charles Holmquist is the Chief Financial Officer, Board Member, and Corporate Treasurer for Utility Supply and Construction Company (USC). Chuck is responsible for the company’s finances, risk management, information technology, fleet operations and human resources. Chuck joined USC in 1989 as Controller, working in a number of increasingly responsible financial positions until becoming Chief Financial Officer. Prior to USC, Chuck practiced public accounting at Crowe Chizek and Company, CPA’s in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Chuck earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Alma College, while participating in collegiate basketball for four years. Professionally, Chuck is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Chuck is the Past Chair of the Spectrum Health Big Rapids and Reed City Hospital Board and Past Trustee of the Spectrum Health Hospital Group Board. He also serves on the TCF Bank Community Advisory Board, Corporate Secretary of the Affinity Insurance, Ltd group captive, Past Trustee and Treasurer for the Osceola County Community Foundation and Mecosta County Community Foundation. Chuck enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, hunting, snowmobiling, boating and athletics.
