Pete Cotter is the General Manager of Hydrolake, Inc. Joining the team in March of 2016, Pete is responsible for commissioning the new facility with lean manufacturing processes, world class quality control and JIT inventory management principles at both of Hydrolake’s McBain and Grayling locations. Prior to Hydrolake, Pete enjoyed a 30 year career in senior manufacturing, sales and supply chain roles in a variety of industries including aerospace, bearings, distribution, medical, office/store equipment and transportation products. Pete is a graduate of Central Michigan University and possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition to being a General Manager for Hydrolake, Pete loves spending time with his wife and his daughters.
